Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts
- Products that have been installed or modified
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Rabta Doors reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
