Return Eligibility:

  • Products may be returned within 15 days from the date of purchase
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns

Warranty:

  • Selected Rabta Doors products are covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-ordered or specially sourced parts
  • Products that have been installed or modified
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
  • Rabta Doors reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions

Governing Law:

  • This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh
